Diet Diet Diet with oat

Oat challenge..!!! Lost 8kilos in 8 weeks..

~okay..i have been telling around that i will start to diet from now and then..but it has always been a NATO (no action talk only).. i do not have a strong determination and im definitely fail in my temptations' control in food.. it was until one nice morning when i got up on my bathroom scale..i was shocked by the digit 62kg darling.. and dis was just after cny 2009- somewhere in end of January i guess... i was really traumatized by tht actually...

~back to uni on the 1st of Feb, so i try to opt my carbo i.e. rice, bread, noodles.. with oat.. two servings of oat daily, each serving 5-6 table spoon..and i really treat dis oat as my rice, porridge or even desert...hmm... and of course throughout the period of my diet control i do reward myself with tandooree once in two weeks..

~limit myself two have only two serving of oat daily for i ought to been told by someone that it is not advissible to consume it after evening..coz it is a complex-carbo..which need more work in the body system to burn out with the chemist structure of it.. dont quote me..im might be wrong in the scientific explaination..but i has been told so..

~ sambal ikan bilis with oat~ swear..dis is my most fav



~sambal ikan bilis cum beef rendang with oat...~ i tend to consume on red meat in alternately for the purpose of wanting to give my body some zink.. im a anematic



~veggie with oat~ need to have some fibre



~raisins with oat~ i will treat dis as my breakkie




~mandarin oranges with oat~ dis is obviously like recycle food after cny.. hehehe... coz i brought back too much of oranges after cny to my hostel... but it taste good tho..just like some ppl opt to add bananas in the oat to give double effort for the benefits of bowel lateron...heehe..



~chips more with oat~ supposed to eat them separately..but i was too lazy and just chucked everything in my bowl..



~secret recipe beef stew~ drool.... once awhile some reward like dis aint cause any harm... ~cheers.. slurppss......~


~okay..that was the collections of my pics on my daily oat challenge.. and now i have ended my diet and just maintain 3 times per week jog.. i am with my regular food intake...but i really hope to maintain my weight..oh yah..yesterday my weight was 54.5kg.. gainned 0.5 but i will like to think that it will go off the next morning after the flush of toilet visiting...kakaka...~

~so dats all i guess for me happy-diet on oat challenge.. :) just pray hard girls..for me to maintain..!!! ~ cheers

~huhu emily..i kena berusaha manyak-manyak..coz everytime also nato.. x____x

~cris..make it more watery la..then it taste much smoother..and try to eat with lauk..i think try to eat with ur normal dish, but just substitute the rice with oat..*however if u dun take any rice..no need to try out la..~!!!! :P*
